  • “After years of pain, a couple of physical therapists, and a surgery, I finally found the greatest physical therapist. Besides Patrick's calming, humorous, and reassuring personality, he is a skilled and confident physical therapist. Patrick was extremely positive throughout my treatment, very patient with my limitations, extremely knowledgeable about my condition, and realistic about my goals. He ushered me through this difficult and trying journey to the wellness I have today. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a physical therapist."

  • "I had a great experience with Patrick. I had ACL surgery and he treated not just my injury but my whole body. He put meon a plan in and outside of the facility so that I could maximize my sessions. Going there felt like being part of a community and I always looked forward to my time there. Highly recommend!"

  • "I went to Patrick for a lower back issue. I have had some really bad injuries to my lower back. Fell off a horse when I was a teenager and hurt myself a couple of times at the gym. I was regularly going to a chiropractor which helped but it was temporary. From setting the appointment and working with Patrick, it was a pleasure. He was kind, funny, and very patient with me. I did all of the exercises he reccomended me to do and within 4 weeks I was back to running and working out. If you have any issues I would STRONGLY RECCOMEND Patrick."

  • "Had a great experience working with Patrick Nichols. I was referred to physical therapy to help with recovery from a concussion and spinous process fractures. Pat is extremely knowledgeable, explains the purpose of each exercise, and helped me work up to feeling myself again."

    -Ariana M.

  • "Patrick saved my knee after I had a really nasty spill this summer on my bike. The space is really clean and the level of care is top notch. I will continue to go here as long as I live in Brooklyn. Would give 10 stars!"

  • "I tore my left ACL and had it repaired about a year ago. Patrick Nichols was with me pretty much literally from day 1, guided my recovery. He tailored my exercise program to precisely what I wanted to get back to when I was at 100% (skiing and running). I was incredibly fortunate to be in his care. i just went skiing this past weekend and felt great! Having gone through the program and care I feel stronger than I did pre-tear. Cant recommend him enough."

  • "If you're looking for one of those physical therapsts that just spend half an hour massaging you and then going through some exercises with you once and never again, you should stay clear. If instead you're looking for actual results with a physical therapist with amazing understanding of the body and how it works, I then I cannot reccomend Patrick enough. I had a complicated spine issue which required multiple surgeries, and there is no way I'd be making such great progress without Patrick's help."

  • "Seriously impressed with quality of service I've eperienced here. I'm a medical device engineer. I went to another physical therapist before my orthopedic surgeon referred me here. I've also gone to another physical therapist before in VA. Patrick is the BEST physical therapist I HAVE EVER VISITED by far. He is very responsive, highly competent, humurous, respectful, forward thinking in his practice, focused on science based results instead of voodoo magic (like other PTS), has a deep personal passion for what he does, he's incredibly easy to get along with, excellent emotional intelligence, and knows how to motivate someone. The most important aspect to me were how deeply knowledgeable he was and how altruistically passionate he is about his career by helping people - the rest just falls into place after that. Patrick is a bottomless well of knelwedge so make the most of your time and ask questions until you are overflowing with knowledge to continue working on your health. Patrick was always extremely generous in multiple ways that I am only briefly touching on. The studio is also very well styled and equipped with an arsenal of healing equipment. Cleanliness was always excellent. Even the music was always on point. The venue created the best atmosphere that motivated and focused me on the work. Getting unwell somehow is never fun however I looked forward to every visit I had. Ive been healed, educated, and filled with confidence in my physical wellness. I had so much confidence in Patrick to give you whatever it is that you need and I encourage you to be inquisitive wherever possible when going here - you will get more out of your experience that way. Thank you for the experience Patrick. I wish I could return the favor in greater measure.

  • "If you have a limb difference and you want to start exercising or up your workout routine, I can't recommend Patrick highly enough. As someone with an upper-limb difference, I had been wanting to get more serious about strength training for a long time. I wasn't sure how to strengthen my upper body safely and effectively, and I wasn't sure how to modify lower-body exercises appropriately. Over five sessions, Patrick and I worked to figure out ways for me to push myself without hurting myself. He taught me how to improve my full-body strength on my own. Patrick was wonderful to work with, too. He was friendly and attentive, and he answered all of my questions. Beyond teaching me different exercises, he helped me build a workout plan that fit into my schedule and figured out ergonomics for my desk job. I'm so so grateful to Patrick for opening these doors for me. If you're on the fence about working with him–do it!!"
